Jaguar updates E-PACE with new connectivity/comfort features and new powertrain
In a move which will apparently enhance the overall appeal of the small Jaguar E-PACE 2018 SUV, the automaker has recently introduced some notable new updates to the vehicle.
The updates introduced by Jaguar will bring a number of new connectivity and comfort features to the 2017-launched E-PACE, along with giving it a new powertrain in the form of a 200PS 2.0 litre four-cylinder turbocharged Ingenium petrol engine.
Specifically speaking, the updates to the E-PACE will mark the addition of the ‘self-learning’ Smart Settings technology to the car, giving it the ability to learn about the habits of the drivers and anticipate their preferences in terms of adjustment of the seat, climate, and infotainment system.
Moreover, the updates will further enhance the E-PACE with the inclusion of Adaptive Dynamics suspension, an Intelligent Phone Reminder function which will inform the drivers when they forget their smartphones, and a Predictive Call List which will enable the car to learn phone-use patterns of the drivers for showing up favourite contacts at the appropriate time.
The updates have also ensured that the E-PACE now boasts a 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot, Pro Services, and a Navigation Pro feature to provide information to the drivers about real-time traffic conditions, door-to-door routing from the smartphone, street view, and parking availability.
